Approving a proof in the portal is your written sign-off of that version, in the same way as approving it by email. The approval record the portal produces shows every version, every comment and who signed each one off.
Quotations, briefs, proofs and files shared here are commercially confidential between us, as set out in the confidentiality section of the terms. Please don't share your sign-in link or account with anyone else; invite colleagues through Spitfire instead, so each person has their own account.
The portal isn't long-term storage. Final files and proofs stay available to download for six months after a job is completed; we'll remind you a week before they're archived. Please keep your own copies of final artwork.
